Company Profile
Back in 1994, two students, both named Andrey, launched their own small business to get some pocket money. They went to Moscow, bought some plastic bags, sold them in Kirov, and got some profit. The idea turned out to be a success, and in 6 short years the rapidly growing company launched its own polyethylene manufacturing facility.
Let’s walk through the milestones:
2000: The company gets its first 55 model extruder and a two-line bag-making and sealing machine. This new equipment was used to produce the first batch of bags. During that year, the company also got its QC service.
2003 to 2008: The sales market for packaging bags is expanding, and new growth opportunities emerge. Meanwhile, the production facility gets its first printing machines. The company also adopted a new advertising mascot, elephant, for the line of garbage bags — which are just as tough, thick-skinned, and resilient as elephants. This was not just a marketing gimmick, but a requirement put forward by the Director and the QC service. The happy Elephant later became the official company mascot. In addition, the company developed and implemented internal production quality standards.
2012 to 2015: A new production facility opened. More equipment was added to the ranks, including new extruders, bag-making machines, and reel cutters. A state-of-the-art COMEXI (Spain) flexo printing press was purchased in celebration of the company’s 15th anniversary. Not long afterwards, it was joined by a three-layer extruder and measuring instrumentation manufactured by Zwick (Germany). The company’s dream to enter the major food-grade and industrial-grade markets came to life thanks to purchasing the COMEXI (Spain) solventless laminator.
Present day: The company’s packaging products have been showcased at the major Russian international expos, including RosUpack, PRODEXPO, and Flowers. The company is not going to rest on its laurels: we are as determined as ever to expand the range of products and further improve their quality.
